Is the BizKnot Shopify app free?

Yes. The BizKnot Shopify App Store plan is Free. There is no Shopify app subscription charge for installing or using the embedded Shopify app.

Are there any other charges?

Courier / shipping fees may apply when you book shipments through BizKnot. Those fees are based on carrier, service type, weight, destination, and your BizKnot account rates. Shipping rates can fluctuate.

How are courier charges billed?

Courier and shipping charges are billed on your BizKnot account (our website / platform), not through the Shopify Billing API. This is covered by a Shopify Billing API exemption for fluctuating shipping rates.

Where do I register or manage my BizKnot account?

Create or sign in to your BizKnot account at https://partners.bizknot.pk/. After linking your Shopify store in the app, orders and bookings use your BizKnot courier settings and rates.

What do I need to use the Shopify app?

• Install the free BizKnot app from the Shopify App Store
• Sign in with (or create) your BizKnot account
• Connect your store and configure courier defaults
